The question of Permanent stay or Continuation centred arguments on the Jacob Zuma case, which commenced today and is said to take the fore till Wednesday 23 May at the High Court, Pietermaritzburg.
Judge Jerome Mnguni will hear and asses legal presentation by state prosecutor Billy Downer and Defence Muzi Sikhakhane and decide the fate of South Africa’s former president Jacob Zuma.
Defence presentented the issue of political interfeerance on the case as ground for dismissal.
Zuma stands accused of corruption and racketeering. Outside the court were the country’s MKMVA soldiers lead by spokesperson Carl Niehaus and supporter.
